📌 IMPORTANT VENDOR POLICIES

Your vendor space is secured only upon receipt of full payment.

Once payment has been processed, vendor fees are non-refundable.

In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, an alternative date or location will be confirmed, and your existing reservation will be transferred accordingly.

If a vendor chooses not to participate after booking, refunds will not be provided.

However, under applicable conditions, your reservation may be carried forward to a future Shopping It Local event for a $50 rebooking fee.
