Refund & Return Policy – EPG Creative Marketplace

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are considered final.

Custom Orders
All printed and designed products are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos. We will assess and provide a replacement where applicable.

Design Services
Deposits for design services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Order Approval Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. EPG Creative Marketplace is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
